About the Role:

Service Delivery Team Lead responsible for L3 Level activities and Project implementation, Standardization, Escalation Management, SLA Adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, Configuration and trouble shooting of issues as part of Service operations.
- Administration, Addressing performance related issues.
- SOP creation & Runbook.
- Handling L2 & L3 Tickets.
- Administration, Configuration, Troubleshooting.





Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

- Intermediate Level- Microsoft, RHEL, IBM-AIX, Dell-EMC, Hitachi, EMC Networker, CISCO, Juniper, HPE, Oracle, VMware, F5, Radware, ITIL.
- Graduation with Computer & Electronics background.
- Bachelor in Computer science or B.E.

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

- Administration, Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, Ticket tools, SOP creation.
