About the Role

We are seeking a senior skilled to lead direct investor acquisition and capital mobilisation in the alternative investments space. The role demands strong commercial instinct, deep relationship management skills, and credible investment knowledge to engage with sophisticated investors. This position offers direct exposure to leadership, a meaningful stake in AUM growth, and the opportunity to build the direct investor acquisition engine from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Investor Acquisition : Build and manage a pipeline of HNI, UHNI, Family Office, and institutional prospects through network activation, referrals, and proactive outreach.

- Investor Engagement : Conduct tailored presentations, portfolio discussions, and exclusive events to convert prospects into committed investors.

- Family Office Management : Develop relationships with principals and committees, deliver investment‑grade presentations, and position the firm as a trusted partner.

- Fund Raising : Drive AUM mobilisation targets through bespoke proposals,



due diligence support, and investor site visits.

- Market Intelligence : Provide proactive communication, track competitor activity, and feed investor insights to product teams.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Postgraduate in Finance, MBA, or related discipline. CFA/CFP certifications are an advantage.

- Experience: 8–10 years in direct fund raising, private banking, wealth management, or alternative investment sales. Proven track record of capital mobilisation from HNI/UHNI investors and Family Offices.

- Core Competencies:

- Strong investment knowledge in structured credit, real estate, and alternative products.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills at principal and committee level.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with disciplined relationship management.
