Role Overview:

We’re looking for a high-energy Associate Team Lead who can lead, motivate, and support our sales team while driving business growth. You will be responsible for team performance, sales targets, lead conversions, and ensuring a robust sales process.

Assistant Team Lead – Inside Sales

What You’ll Do:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Monitor team performance and improve conversions.
- Support team members in handling customer objections and closing deals.
- Conduct team huddles and performance reviews.
- Track team performance and maintain CRM updates.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years of Team Leading experience in B2C Sales - EdTech - Inside Sales.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a sales team.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle sales pressure and meet business goals.
- Strong customer handling and objection-handling skills.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
- Carry your own laptop.
