We are looking for a Senior Associate – Project Management to join our team in Pune!If you thrive in a quick-paced environment, excel at managing end-to-end SaaS implementations, and love collaborating across cross-functional teams, we'd love to hear from you.Role DetailsRole: Senior Associate - Project ManagementLocation: Pune, IndiaWork Mode: HybridShift Timing: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM ISTExperience: 3–5 YearsKey ResponsibilitiesPartner with Implementation Managers (IMs) and clients to lead Sakon Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platform implementations.Maintain Service Delivery Plans, track delivery schedules, and manage weekly task execution across multiple parallel projects.Proactively identify project risks, navigate scope changes, and ensure timely milestone achievements.Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Audit, Carrier, Technical) to deliver accurate, quality client service.Streamline processes, gather customer requirements, and transition accounts to Account Management teams.RequirementsRequired Skills:Experience:
