vGics is an IT managed services and compliance consulting firm based in Noida. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certified. We work with small and mid-sized businesses internationally across managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and compliance.We are hiring our first dedicated outbound sales resource. You will report directly to the founder/CTO.

What this role isThis is our first dedicated sales hire. You won't be one of thirty SDRs working a list someone else built. You'll help decide which markets we go after, write the outreach yourself and work directly with the founder on what we sell and how we position it.vGics is five years old, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 certified and profitable, with clients we've grown almost entirely through referral. We're now building outbound properly for the first time. If you want the experience of building a sales function rather than operating one,



this is that role.

What you'll doBuild target lists in Sales Navigator. Write and run outbound sequences. Have first conversations with operations leaders and business owners about what's breaking in their compliance and IT setup. Book qualified meetings.You'll write the sequences yourself. We're not looking for someone to run templates at volume.

What we're looking for4 to 7 years of outbound/inside sales experience in IT services, managed services, cloud or cybersecurityExperience selling to international markets (Australia, UK, US or Middle East)Solid and Effective Communication SkillsWorking Experience of LinkedIn Sales NavigatorFull-time from our Noida office.
