About the Role Kadkraft Systems Private Limited is looking for a

Junior Accountant

to join our Accounts team at our Mohali office. The candidate should have a valuable understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on working knowledge of

Tally .

The role will involve day-to-day accounting, maintaining financial records, reconciliations and supporting the team in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records in

TallyRecord purchase, sales, expense, receipt, payment and journal entriesPrepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documentationPerform

bank reconciliationsReconcile customer and vendor accountsMaintain accounts receivable and accounts payable recordsAssist in

GST and TDS





related documentation and complianceMaintain inventory-related accounting recordsFollow up and maintain records of outstanding customer paymentsSupport month-end accounting and preparation of financial reportsMaintain proper filing and documentation of accounting recordsAssist the Accounts team with statutory compliance and other routine financial activities

Candidate Requirements

B.Com graduate1-3 years of accounting experienceGood hands-on knowledge of

TallyBasic knowledge of

GST and TDSWorking knowledge of

MS ExcelGood understanding of basic accounting principlesFamiliarity with invoicing, ledger accounting and bank reconciliationGood attention to detail and accuracyAbility to maintain proper records and documentationWillingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned accounting activities

Preferred Candidate Candidates residing in

Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula or nearby areas

will be preferred.
