Role OverviewWe are looking for a

Technical

Project Manager – Integration

to drive the end-to-end integration of

Access360 with third-party security and technology platforms, including

VMS, Key Management Systems, Video Door Phones, Video Analytics, ANPR, Access Control, and other enterprise platforms.

The role will be responsible for translating integration requirements into

standardized technical blueprints, intuitive user experiences, and secure, reusable integration solutions , and for managing their execution through internal or outsourced development teams.

A critical part of the role will be to

leverage LLMs and AI-assisted development extensively to accelerate integration development, automate repetitive work, create reusable adapters, and reduce integration timelines without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

1) Integration Scoping & Solution DefinitionUnderstand business and customer requirements, define integration scope, assess technical feasibility and determine the appropriate integration architecture using APIs, SDKs, Webhooks or other methods.

2) Technical Blueprint & Use Case DesignCreate clear, development-ready

integration blueprints and functional/technical use cases

covering architecture, workflows, data flows, API mapping, system interactions, exceptions and dependencies. Develop reusable reference blueprints for different integration categories.

3) AI-Driven Integration DevelopmentUse

LLMs and AI coding tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot or equivalent

as a core part of the integration process to accelerate adapter development, code generation, API mapping, debugging, testing, documentation and technical analysis. Build reusable AI-assisted approaches and templates to

minimize development effort and integration timelines .

4) User Experience & Product StandardizationDesign the integration experience from the





end user's perspective , ensuring intuitive workflows, consistent UI/UX, logical system behavior and seamless interaction between Access360 and third-party platforms. Establish UX standards that can be replicated across similar integrations.

5) Secure Integration DesignEnsure integrations follow appropriate

cybersecurity and secure development practices , including authentication, authorization, API security, data protection, secure communication, credential management, access control, and vulnerability considerations. Identify and address security risks before deployment.

6) Project Execution & Stakeholder ManagementOwn integration execution from approved blueprint to deployment. Define milestones, coordinate internal/outsourced development teams and third-party partners, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.

7) Validation, Deployment & DocumentationDefine acceptance criteria and test scenarios, technically validate completed integrations, and ensure deployment readiness. Maintain concise and reusable documentation covering architecture, configuration, deployment, testing, troubleshooting and version compatibility.

8) L2 Support & Continuous ImprovementProvide

L2 technical support

for integration issues escalated by Customer Success/Support teams. Diagnose issues, identify root causes and coordinate with Product/API/Development teams for resolution. Continuously improve integration blueprints, adapters and processes to increase

speed, quality, security and reusability .

Required Skills and Experience

8–10 years

of experience in technical project management, system integration, solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar role.Strong understanding of

REST APIs, SDKs, Webhooks, JSON, authentication, system architecture, and system-to-system integration .Strong ability to translate requirements into

technical blueprints, workflows, use cases, and development-ready specifications .Demonstrated hands-on expertise with

LLMs and AI-assisted development tools

such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent, particularly for integration development, adapter creation, automation, debugging, testing, and documentation.Ability to use AI effectively to

reduce development effort and integration timelines while maintaining quality, reliability and scalability .Good understanding of

UI/UX principles,

with the ability to design intuitive, consistent experiences for end users.Positive understanding of

API security, authentication/authorization, data protection, secure communication, and cybersecurity best practices .Experience coordinating internal development teams, outsourced developers, and third-party technology partners.Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred/ Added Advantage

Functional knowledge of

Access Control, VMS (Video Management Systems), Video Analytics, ANPR, Key Management Systems, Video Door Phones, or other physical security/IoT applications .Prior experience working with security and surveillance technology ecosystems will be an advantage but

is not mandatory .Candidates without prior domain knowledge can be considered, provided they demonstrate strong technical integration capabilities.

Structured training on Access360, Access Control, VMS, and related applications will be provided.
