Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and warm customer leads generated through digital marketing campaignsUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable products accordinglyExplain product benefits, usage,



and value proposition effectivelyBuild trust and maintain strong customer relationshipsDrive product sales through consultative selling techniquesFollow up with interested customers and maximize conversionsMaintain customer interaction records and sales updatesAchieve monthly sales and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and convincing skillsPassion for sales and customer interactionPrior experience in telesales, inside sales, D2C sales, or product sales is preferredAbility to understand customer psychology and buying behaviorTarget-oriented mindset with a positive attitudeBasic knowledge of CRM/sales processes is an added advantage
