Job SummaryThe AEC Associates is seeking motivated individuals to join our organization who possess strong Revit andCAD skills. Architects should have 3-5 years of experience in architectural and/or interior designing/engineering services, primarily responsible for the production of construction documents and participate inthe final QA/QC process on international projects.

Essential Duties/ Role and ResponsibilitiesDrawing Production:• Primarily responsible for production of building project drawings during all design and construction phases including as-Builts, Schematic Design, Design Development, ConstructionDocumentation Sets and others meeting Project owner’s expectations (Internal and external).• Provide/ Report the hours spent on the assigned project tasks using the prescribed tools andmethods.• Quality Assurance• Able to follow company’s internal SoPs, client specific CAD/ BIM templates and implementQuality Checking of as-built drawings,



architectural/ interior design and constructiondocuments.Team Working:• Working in conjunction with Intermediate/ Senior Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/Engineers and Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/ Engineers as per the reportingprotocols.• Self-management of assigned tasks for efficient, error-free, and timely deliveries.• Expertise:• Basic knowledge of Building Construction systems and standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities• Good understanding of AutoCAD and Revit.• Architectural/ Interior Design/ Engineering design documentation background preferred with basic knowledge of general design documentation standards, practices and procedures.• Good understanding of the architectural/ interior design/ engineering design processes both in the office and on site.• Ability to execute a given set of processes and procedures right the first time to prevent performance, availability and productivity losses.• Valuable written and spoken English is required.

Preferred Education and Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is preferred with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in the AEC industry with matching work experience.• Experience in design and documentation of Architectural/ Interior Design/ Engineering projects New construction and renovation.
