We manufacture and export tablets, capsules, oral liquids, ointments/creams, and injections under contract manufacturing (CDMO) and third-party arrangements to markets across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.Location:Raipur, ChhattisgarhExperience:2–3 years, specifically in pharma CDMO / third-party manufacturing / export client handlingEmployment Type:Full-timeAbout the role:We're looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on, specific experience in CDMO and third-party manufacturing commercial cycles — not general pharma sales. You've handled export or third-party client enquiries before, you understand how contract manufacturing pricing actually works, and you can put together an accurate costing and quotation yourself without waiting on three other departments to get back to you. If you've worked on the client or vendor side of a CDMO deal — enquiry to quote to contract — this role is built around exactly that experience.Responsibilities:Own inbound CDMO/third-party manufacturing enquiries end-to-end,



from first response to closed contractPrepare accurate costing and pricing quotations across our dosage forms — tablets, capsules, oral liquids, ointments/creams, injectionsUnderstand and communicate dossier, documentation, and regulatory requirements relevant to export and third-party clientsCoordinate with RA, QC, and Production for technical inputs, but drive pricing and commercial terms yourselfManage relationships with international distributors, marketing companies, and third-party manufacturing clientsNegotiate commercial terms and close contract manufacturing / supply agreementsRepresent 9M at industry trade shows and client meetings as neededRequirements:2–3 years of specific experience in pharma CDMO, third-party manufacturing, or export sales — not general/domestic pharma salesDirect, hands-on experience preparing costing and quotations for contract manufacturing enquiriesUnderstanding of how third-party/CDMO commercial structures work (cost-plus, tolling, exclusive supply, etc.)Experience with export or semi-regulated markets (Africa, CIS, Middle East, LATAM) preferredStrong communicator, comfortable owning pricing conversations independentlyWilling to travel for client visits and trade shows
