Roles and responsibilities:Project Manager of Data Center:In charge of the entire O&M; ProcessSingle Point of Contact for Govt. for all interactions regarding DatacenterIn charge of OEM Escalation and ensuring that spares and services are available On-DemandWould head the weekly in-house review meetingsIn charge of Overall Site Infrastructure (both IT and non-IT)Manpower lead for the projectWould approve Major Change Requests and Reports before submission to Govt.



for approvalWould take on the role of Physical Security Manager and IT Security Policy enforcer for theThe Project Manager would in turn be guided by Senior Directors from SI.Would ensure Site Inventory and maintain a log of changes in DC equipment.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in Data centre operations.Robust understanding of Data centre technologies and infrastructure, including experience in:

Server technologiesStorage systemsDatabase managementOperating systems – Redhat/Windows/etc.Network architectureVirtualization technologies – Redhat/VMWare/etc.Cloud computing platformsCybersecurity practicesNon-IT infrastructure (e.g., power, cooling, physical security)Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in project management software and tools.
