Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social mediaGuide customers in selecting wallpapers and wall murals based on their requirementsShare product information, quotations, and design recommendationsFollow up with leads and maintain customer relationshipsCoordinate with the design and production team for custom ordersMaintain records of customer interactions and orders

RequirementsExcellent English communication skillsPrior experience in sales, customer support, or interior décor preferredBasic knowledge of wallpapers, wall murals, or home décor is a plusStrong negotiation and follow-up skillsFamiliarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel, and CRM toolsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
