Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle Cloud EPM Planning implementation and optimization initiativesGather and translate business requirements into scalable reporting and planning solutionsDrive enterprise reporting governance and process improvementsPartner with business leaders, product teams,



and developers to deliver strategic solutionsProvide leadership in reporting, analytics, dashboard oversight, and stakeholder engagementSupport UAT, functional documentation, and business process transformation initiatives

Experience & Qualification:Preferred Skills:Oracle EPM Cloud Planning CertificationPower BI & Dashboard GovernancePeopleSoft Reporting Tools (PS Query, SQR, Application Engine, Pivot Grid, Elastic Search/Kibana)Cognos ReportingCoupa ReportingSDLC, UAT, and Functional Documentation Expertise.

Knowledge & Skills Required:8+ years of experience in IT Consulting, Business Analysis, Analytics, or related domains4+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning experienceMinimum 2 end-to-end Oracle EPM Planning implementationsFunctional knowledge of Oracle Grants ModuleEnterprise Reporting & Governance experienceStrong stakeholder and cross-functional team managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrategic thinker with solid consulting skillsExperience leading complex reporting and planning initiativesAbility to influence stakeholders and drive business transformationStrong communication and presentation skills
