Role DescriptionMaintain day-to-day accounting entries and recordsPrepare sales and purchase vouchers, invoices, and billsHandle accounts payable and receivable processesPerform bank reconciliation and ledger verificationAssist in GST, TDS,



and other statutory compliance workMaintain petty cash and expense recordsSupport monthly closing and MIS reporting activitiesCoordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment-related mattersOrganize and maintain financial documents and filesAssist senior accountants during audits and financial reviews

QualificationsProficient in account management, client relationship building, and customer satisfactionAbility to identify recent business opportunities and assist in market researchStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in report preparation and basic data analysisWorking knowledge of marketing strategies and sales processesTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when neededBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus
