Key ResponsibilitiesSupport US payroll processing activities.Process & answer Payroll queries on Service now portal.Enter new garnishment orders into various payroll systems.Scan and upload garnishment order file and attach it to the employee profile in the payroll.Prepare a log of the tickets received on daily basis.Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.Ensuring process SLA’s & TAT are met.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population.

Qualifications :Commerce Graduate0-1 years of experience in Payroll.Related experience in a multi-unit corporate organization with global exposure.Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.Detail oriented and focused on accuracy.Desire to work in a collaborative team setting.Good communication skillsProblem analysis and problem-solving skills.Open to work in US shift timings.
