The HR Operations professional will be responsible for managing and streamlining the employee lifecycle, HR processes, HRMS administration, employee records, policies and statutory coordination. The role will ensure accurate, timely and employee-centric delivery of HR operations across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities1. Employee Lifecycle ManagementManage HR operations from
joining to separation , including onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations and full & final settlement.Ensure timely completion of joining documentation, background verification and employee records.Coordinate employee induction and HR orientation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee master data.2. HRMS & Data ManagementManage day-to-day HRMS operations and ensure data accuracy.Maintain employee information, organisational structures, leave, attendance and other HR records.Generate HR MIS and dashboards for management review.Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.Coordinate with HRMS vendors for issue resolution, enhancements and system improvements.3. Attendance & Leave ManagementMonitor attendance, leave and employee regularisation processes.Coordinate with managers for attendance exceptions and approvals.Ensure accurate inputs for payroll processing.Prepare periodic attendance and leave reports.4. Payroll CoordinationCoordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance / payroll partners.Validate attendance, leave, new joiners, exits, salary revisions, incentives and other payroll inputs.Support resolution of employee payroll-related queries.Ensure payroll inputs are submitted accurately within timelines.5. HR Policies & Process ManagementImplement and communicate HR policies and processes.Maintain HR SOPs,
process documents and employee guidelines.Ensure consistent application of HR policies across locations.Review processes periodically and recommend improvements.6. Compliance & Statutory CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams and external consultants for
PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, labour law and other applicable statutory requirements .Maintain statutory records and documentation.Support audits, inspections and compliance reviews.Track statutory changes and coordinate implementation of applicable requirements.7. Employee Relations & HR ConnectAct as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.Support employee engagement and HR Connect initiatives.Track and resolve employee concerns in coordination with relevant stakeholders.Maintain appropriate documentation of employee cases and resolutions.8. HR MIS & ReportingPrepare and maintain periodic reports covering:Headcount & manpower movementAttritionAttendance & absenteeismLeave utilisationNew joiners & exitsConfirmation and appraisal statusPayroll inputsEmployee lifecycle metricsHR process SLAs9. Separation & Full & Final SettlementManage resignation and exit processes.Coordinate exit documentation, clearance and exit interviews.Ensure timely completion of full & final settlement.Maintain accurate separation records and analyse exit trends.
Candidate ProfileGraduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.4–8 years of experience in HR Operations , preferably in a mid-sized or large organisation.Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes.Hands-on experience with
HRMS/HRIS, payroll coordination, attendance and leave management .Good understanding of Indian statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT and applicable labour laws.Strong Excel and MIS skills.Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.Solid attention to detail and process orientation.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across locations.Experience with HRMS implementation, automation or process improvement will be an added advantage.
