Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on leader to head our Data & Analytics practice. This role is not just about managing a team but building a strong, scalable practice that delivers real business value to our customers. You will own the end-to-end responsibility of the practice, from driving revenue and shaping solutions to mentoring teams and engaging with customers. Responsibilities:Practice Leadership & Growth* Own the P&L; for the Data & Analytics practice- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall practice expansion- Identify new opportunities across existing and new customers- Build and position differentiated offerings in enterprise data management

Customer & Delivery Ownership- Act as the go-to person for key customers and strategic engagements- Ensure quality delivery across projects and maintain customer satisfaction- Engage with leadership team and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions- Be willing to travel to customer locations as required

Technical Thought Leadership- Provide direction across modern data platforms (cloud data stacks, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML)- Guide teams on architecture, solution design,



and best practices- Stay current with industry trends and bring relevant ideas into the organization

Pre-sales & Solutioning- Lead pre-sales efforts including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations- Partner closely with sales teams to convert opportunities into wins- Contribute to RFPs, estimations, and commercial discussions

Team & People Leadership- Lead and mentor a 100-member team across different skill sets- Build strong second-line leadership within the team- Drive performance management, capability development, and hiring- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning

Stakeholder Management- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and Quality- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership- Align practice goals with overall company strategy
