We are seeking an experienced and target-oriented candidate to join

Service Sales department

to drive service business growth and develop long-term customer relationships. The role will be responsible for generating revenue through

UPS Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), batteries, and spare parts , while identifying new business opportunities and maximizing existing customer potential.

Candidate from UPS industry will be preferred.

Designation : Manager – Service Sales

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate service sales revenue for:

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)BatteriesSpare Parts

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.Identify AMC renewal opportunities and ensure timely closure.Coordinate with service and technical teams for customer support and issue resolution.Prepare quotations,



negotiate commercial terms, and close service orders.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Maintain customer database and service sales records.Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.Work closely with regional sales and service teams to expand service business.

Required SkillsGood knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, and power backup solutions.Experience in service sales of AMC, batteries, and spare parts.Solid communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.Location: ManesarIndustry Preference: UPS industry
