Project Description:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities) for a critical Data Centre Migration project for Trade and Post Trade Team .

Responsibilities:Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage all governance requirements in close collaboration with technical development managerCoordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedulesDocument Actions from the workshops and assist with the tracking of the deliverables.Prepare Gap Analysis, Business Requirements Documents and Project Approval RequestsWork closely with SME experts in various areas of the business gaining an understanding of their processes.Document and raise any Risks and Issues to the Product Owners, Business owners and Program Management.Take part in project testing cycles and assist with the preparation of test packs.Understand the functionalities of the current systems and process,



and come up with requirements for system/process improvements.Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class productsPerform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developersManage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineersPrepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the planRAID management of projectLeverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality

Mandatory Skills Description:10+ years of overall experience as Project/Delivery ManagerMust have experience FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities etc) and Trade Life Cycle (Front to Back)Must have worked in Java Technology and migration of application from monolithic to Mmcroservices architectureMust have worked with technology teams and be able to seamlessly participate & contribute to technical & architectural discussions.Robust people and stakeholder management experiencePast Experience in Managing a team of 30+ developers ,BA and automation engineers.
