We are hiring a Oracle EDM SpecialistExperience: 5+Mode: Hybrid - BangaloreNotice Period: Immediate to 15 DaysPosition RequirementsYou’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutionsResponsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle EDM/EDMCS solutionsProvide functional knowledge and technical expertise in Master Data Management,



Metadata Governance and Data IntegrationWill be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closureWill be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle EDM/EDMCSLead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenureWork independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)Valuable understanding of Data Integration, and Master Data Management processeDesired SkillsMust have skills:Candidate should possess 5+ Years of Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.Worked on at least 2 EDM/EDMCS ImplementationsGood understanding of Data Chains, Node/Hierarchy structures, Validation rules, Request/Workflow processes, and Integrations in EDMCSExperience in Hierarchy Management and Metadata Alignment across Finance applicationsGood communication skills with respect to understanding their requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity, and confidenceProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
