to join our Operations & Customer Experience team!Location: BangaloreType: 11-month Contract (Off-roll)Reporting to: Team Manager – Logistics Operations

What you'll do:✅ Track shipments end-to-end via TMS & transporter networks✅ Coordinate with drivers & transporters on issue resolution✅ Drive POD collection & documentation compliance✅ Manage exceptions, claims & trip closures✅ Maintain MIS reports & operational dashboards

What we're looking for:Graduate in Commerce/Business/Logistics/Supply Chain1–2 years in logistics ops, shipment tracking, or escalation handling️ Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/CRM (Zoho) exposure preferred️ Solid communication & stakeholder management skills
