What you'll do

In-process, raw material and finished goods QC checks (sensory, weight, moisture, packaging)Maintain QC logs, batch records, and non-conformance reportsEnforce GMP, hygiene,



and FSSAI compliance on the shop floorCoordinate with production on rejections, rework, and CAPASupport audits — internal, FSSAI, and customer

You are

Diploma/Degree in Food Tech, Food Science, or Dairy Tech2–3 yrs QC experience in FMCG food, sweets, dairy, or bakeryComfortable on the shop floor — not a desk-only QCDetail-obsessed. Says "no" when a batch isn't right.Preferably worked in an institutional kitchen/flight kitchen/food manufacturing company

Pay range: 25-35k per month basis aptitude & experience
