Bookkeeper — Export Operations (Garment Manufacturing)Morni Studios LLP · Jaipur, Rajasthan · Full time, on-siteAbout usMorni is a craft-forward fashion manufacturing house in Jaipur, producing garments, natural-dyed textiles, and embroidery for boutique brands in the US, UK, and beyond. We ship internationally every week and run a tight, systems-driven back office.The roleYou'll own the day-to-day books for an active manufacturing and export business — keeping our invoices, shipments, remittances, and expenses clean, current, and reconciled. You'll work directly with the founders and our accountants, and be the person who makes sure every export document trail is complete.What you'll doRaise and log export invoices, packing lists, and proforma invoices; maintain the invoice register with correct numbering across financial yearsCoordinate DHL / courier exports: shipping bills, AWBs, CSB-V documentation, and filing copies against each invoiceReconcile inward remittances (FIRC/IRM) against invoices and advances; track EDPMS outstandings and prepare bank closure paperworkDaily data entry across bank statements, purchase bills,



and production expenses; monthly expense categorisation and vendor ledger upkeepManage petty cash, staff reimbursements, and vendor payments with proper supporting documentsSupport GST filings, LUT renewals, and TDS workings with our CAKeep our sheets/Airtable records synced with the physical document filesWhat we're looking for2-5 years bookkeeping experience in an export house or garment/textile factory — you've seen shipping bills, FIRCs, and courier exports beforeHands-on with DHL or similar international courier documentationStrong on invoice reconciliation and fast, accurate data entryComfortable in Excel/Google Sheets; Tally or Zoho Books experience a plusOrganised, detail-obsessed, and able to chase down a missing document without being askedWorking English for documentation; Hindi for the floorNice to haveExposure to EDPMS/FEMA export realisation complianceExperience working with a US or overseas parent/customer entityTo apply, send your CV towith a line about the export documentation you've handled.
