Finance Application Support Consultantwith strongSage IntacctLocation:Hitech City, HyderabadExperience:10+ YearsWork Mode:Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days WFHShift:UK Hours – 1 PM to 10 PMKey ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 application support and troubleshoot finance application issues.Perform incident triage, root-cause analysis, and escalation management.Administer and supportSage Intacct , including GL, AP/AR, reporting, users, and integrations.Support applications such asCoupa, SAP Concur, and Yooz .Analyze system logs, API errors, integrations, and data issues.Manage vendor support cases and coordinate troubleshooting activities.Handle user access, provisioning, deprovisioning, and audit requirements.Support UAT, regression testing, releases, and post-production validation.Prepare technical documentation,



user guides, and knowledge-base articles.Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.Required Skills10+ yearsof experience in Finance/ERP Application Support.Strong hands-onSage Intacct Administrationexperience.Proventroubleshooting and escalation handlingexperience.Experience with finance applications such asCoupa, SAP Concur, or Yooz .Understanding ofAPIs, integrations, logs, and error analysis .Experience withServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar ITSM tools .Knowledge ofSSO, MFA, and access management .Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.
