Product Development & Program ExecutionOversee complete product lifecycle from concept, design, prototyping, validation, and PPAP to production launch.Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, cost, and timing (QCT) targets with ‚First Time Right‘.Interface with OEM customers for technical discussions, design approvals, and issue resolution.Collaborate closely with manufacturing, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and cost optimization.Ensure adherence to industry standards and certifications: ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), ASPICE, and OEM-specific requirements.Lead problem-solving initiatives using structured tools such as 8D, 5-Why, and root cause analysis.Engineering Strategy & CollaborationDefine and execute the project timelines in accordance with market, business and customer requirements.Functionally Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software, systems, validation, manufacturing engineering, etc.)
