General Summary of Position

This position is responsible for Inspection of machined components.

Preparation and maintenance of Control formats pertaining to machine shop.

Usage of instruments as per control plans.

Clearing machined components for further process .

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities:

- Inspection of machined components

- Inspection of geometrical tolerances on the machine .

- CMM check of key components.

- Maintaining inspection tools.

- Calibration.

- Preparation of control charts.

- Raising NCs and conducting root cause analysis.

- Implementation of mitigation actions.

- Method for new components.

- Continuous improvement.

- Document digitalization.

- Result analysis.

Key Position Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor of Engineering, Mecha n ical

Job Experience:





- 7 to 10 years in a machine shop.

- Experience to use instruments such as Micrometer, Pi tape and bore dial gauges.

- Experience in gear measurements.

- Experience in Kaizen

- Internal auditor ISO9001

- Good communication skill .

- Data analysis and presentations.

Desirable Job Competencies:

- Valuable in communicative English.

- Ability to prepare and present power point presentations.

- Green belt in Lean Six Sigma.

- Level II certificates in NDT such as UT, MPT and PT

- Self-starter & strongly self-disciplined

- Can work with minimum supervision

- Collaborative

- Effective Listener
