Job Role: The OOG Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business development in Over Dimensional Cargo (ODC/OOG), freight forwarding, and CHA services. The role involves identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and achieving volume and revenue targets through effective sales execution and customer relationship management.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identifying prospective Customers, Business Opportunities, Assessing Customer needs in terms of promoting our Freight Forwarding Services, OOG/ODC services and CHA customers.
- Development of Special Container volumes primarily for designated region.
- Providing rates to assigned clients as per their requirement for Different Sectors and Different Ports within Principals service profile. Developing current customer base along with retention of existing clientele.




- Follow-up with the Clients for Bookings on proposals and quotes offered convert inquiries to firm bookings.
- Achieving set commercial targets (volume / revenue). Generating Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales reports and submitting the same to HODs.
- Pro-actively search, qualify, develop, and engage in new customer relationships.
- Provide Post-Sales support to all Existing and New Clients. Outstanding Execution of Sales Strategies consistently across the assigned Zone.
- Strong product knowledge of GMPL Service.
- Collection of dues on time.

Experience Required:

- 5–8 years of experience in sales / business development in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry

Education Required:

- B. Com, BBA or equivalent
