Role SummarySupport the design team in conceptualising and developing innovative, trend-relevant textile and surface designs for theHousehold portfolio. Assist in translating seasonal trends and design direction into commercially relevant products, ensuringalignment with the brand image, customer preferences, quality standards and product requirements.The role will support the end-to-end design & development process across categories such as Bed Linen, Bath Linen,Cushions, Curtains, Rugs, Throws and other Soft Furnishing products, while ensuring alignment with customer needs,market trends, seasonal direction and business objectives.Design Development & ExecutionSupport development of textile prints, patterns, colourways and surface designs.Translate trend direction and design briefs into commercially relevant designs.Develop artworks and patterns as per product and production requirements.Assist in developing products from concept stage through sampling and production.Prepare design specifications and handovers for sampling and production.Trend & Market ResearchResearch global and domestic trends in home textiles and related product categories.Analyse competitor and market offerings.Identify recent ideas, colours, patterns,
