Experience : 10+ yrsWork Timings : 2 PM - 11 PM ISTNotice Period : Immediate joinersSAP PP/QM Functional Solution DesignLead requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA PP and QM solutions.Design manufacturing processes covering production planning, production orders, routings, work centers, BOMs, capacity planning, confirmations, goods movements, and quality processes.Translate manufacturing operations and shop-floor processes into appropriate SAP organizational structures, master data, work centers, operations, and routings.Configure and maintain standard SAP PP/QM functionality while minimizing unnecessary customizations.Develop manufacturing process templates that can support different products, production methods, plants, and manufacturing scenarios.Ensure integration between PP/QM and related modules such as MM, SD, WM/EWM, CO, and FI.Support business process standardization across manufacturing sites and business units.Manufacturing & Shop-Floor IntegrationWork with manufacturing and technical teams to define integration requirements between SAP S/4HANA and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), shop-floor applications, warehouse systems, and other third-party platforms.Define functional requirements for production order integration, production confirmations, component consumption, goods movements, quality results, and production completion.Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, IDocs, middleware, and other integration mechanisms.Analyze end-to-end system flows and identify potential synchronization, sequencing,



or transaction-processing issues.Support interface testing, error handling, reconciliation, and production readiness activities.Collaborate with SAP CO/Product Costing and Finance teams to ensure manufacturing processes support accurate product costing and financial reporting.Support the integration of production activities with cost centers, activity types, activity rates, and manufacturing cost collection.Assist with the design and validation of standard cost estimates and manufacturing cost structures.Support processes related to Work in Process (WIP), production variances, settlement, and actual manufacturing costs.Ensure production master data and routing information provide the required inputs for accurate product costing.Support mapping and alignment of legacy organizational and costing structures with SAP cost centers and controlling objects.Work closely with data migration teams to define extraction, transformation, cleansing, mapping, and validation requirements for manufacturing master data.Support migration of SAP PP/QM-related data, including Material masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, Work centers, Production versions, Master recipes, where applicable, Quality master data, Manufacturing-related organizational structures.Review legacy data and identify duplicates, obsolete records, incomplete information, and data-quality issues.Define field-level mapping between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA.Participate in mock migrations, trial loads, data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.if you are interested, please share your updated resume to [email protected]
