Job Title: Application Support EngineerLocation: BangaloreWork Mode: Onsite at customer locationMaximum CTC: INR 90,000 per monthExperience Required: 2 to 3 years in relevant technologiesAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide technical support and manage application deployments within a large financial institution in Bangalore.The selected candidate will initially undergo 2 to 3 months of training at the Mumbai office and will subsequently be deployed onsite at the customer location in Bangalore. The role requires flexibility to work according to the customer’s schedule, which may include weekdays, weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for Windows Servers, APIs, mobile operating systems, and product-related issues.Deploy, configure, and upgrade .NET applications, Angular applications, and APIs using IIS.Manage software deployments, service releases, patches, customizations, and application upgrades.Troubleshoot production issues involving IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, APIs, Angular applications, SSL certificates, and networking.Perform onsite customer visits when required.Take ownership of reported issues and ensure timely resolution.Provide support through phone, email,



and remote-access channels.Ensure strict adherence to defined response and resolution SLAs.Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, IIS, and Microsoft SQL Server.Experience deploying and upgrading .NET applications on IIS.Strong troubleshooting capabilities across IIS, APIs, Angular applications, and SQL Server.Knowledge of SSL certificates, DNS configuration, and SSL-related troubleshooting.Understanding of networking concepts, including ports, NAT, and port forwarding.Experience handling IIS-related VAPT findings, security remediation, and server hardening.Basic scripting knowledge, including SQL.Understanding of SQL Cluster and log shipping.Familiarity with IT security concepts and network troubleshooting.Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android.Exposure to DevOps practices.Robust customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Mandatory RequirementsThe candidate must currently reside in Bangalore.
