This role is about making Fedstack's mission and credibility visible at a glance, whether that's a landing page banner, a one-pager for an agency partner, or a graphic promoting an upcoming cohort. You'll work closely with marketing, recruiting, and program coordination to produce polished, on-brand visual assets that support the candidate funnel and Fedstack's broader presence.ResponsibilitiesDesign marketing and recruiting collateral, including social graphics, email campaign visuals, one-pagers, and presentation decksCreate and maintain visual assets for Fedstack landing pages and cohort microsites, in partnership with marketing and web developmentApply and help maintain Fedstack's brand guidelines (colors, type,



logo usage, imagery) consistently across all materialsProduce graphics that support recruiting campaigns and specific cohort launches, often on tight turnaroundsPartner with marketing and recruiting to translate campaign goals and messaging into clear, compelling visualsPrepare files for a range of outputs, including web, print, and social media specificationsQualifications2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally supporting marketing, recruiting, or brand campaignsProficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva)Strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print designComfort managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and consistency across brand touchpointsNice to HaveExperience designing for a hiring, recruiting, or education platformBasic familiarity with web publishing tools (Squarespace, WordPress, or similar)Experience with motion graphics or short-form video contentPhotography or illustration skillsFedstack is an equal chance employer.
