JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT :Job Overview :We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards, and support business decision-making through accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting systems, tax compliance, and payroll processing for U.S.-based entities.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliationsHandle month-end and year-end closing processesPrepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with US GAAPProcess payroll and ensure compliance with U.S. regulations using tools like ADPManage tax-related activities including preparation/support for filings with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)Prepare and file forms such as W-2, 1099, and assist with 941/940 filingsMaintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure audit readinessAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisGenerate MIS reports and provide insights to managementMust know TallyRequired Skills & Qualifications :Experience : 1-2 yearsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA Inter preferred)Solid understanding of US GAAP and U.S. accounting practicesHands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooksAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables,
