Key Responsibilities

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and integrate them into program design.
- Facilitate engaging workshops that motivate and inspire participants.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and measurable performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.




- Provide reports and insights on training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Skills & Requirements

- Prior experience in training, human resource management, or career counseling will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse learners.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and facilitation skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for teaching and continuous learning.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in soft skills (communication, leadership, negotiation, etc.) preferred.
