Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor / Production Engineer to manage day-to-day production activities in an injection moulding setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and manage manpower effectively across shifts.
- Prepare and manage shift planning based on production requirements.
- Ensure optimum resource utilization to achieve production targets.
- Monitor and manage horizontal / vertical injection moulding machines.
- Ensure smooth production operations and minimize downtime.
- Monitor production quality and productivity.




- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth production.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices on the shop floor.

Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in production, preferably in injection moulding.
- Hands-on experience with horizontal or vertical injection moulding machines.
- Good manpower handling and shift management skills.
- Solid production planning and resource management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary: Up to 30,000/month
