Payment Posting Manager | US Healthcare RCM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payment Posting Manager to lead and manage payment posting operations within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in payment posting, cash reconciliation, ERA/EOB processing, team management, quality control, and client stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payment posting operations for US healthcare clients.
- Oversee posting of ERAs, EFTs, EOBs, checks, and patient payments.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of payments and resolution of posting discrepancies.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team leads and payment posting associates.
- Analyze trends related to denials, underpayments, overpayments, and unapplied cash.




- Generate operational MIS reports and present performance metrics.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific guidelines.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- 3+ years of managerial experience in Payment Posting operations.
- Strong knowledge of ERA, EFT, EOB processing, cash posting, and reconciliation.
- Experience managing large teams and client interactions.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience with leading medical billing software and practice management systems.
- Certifications in Medical Billing/RCM are an added advantage.
