JOB DETAILS

Role: Technical Chat Support Executive
Process: International Non-Voice Technical Chat Support
Customer Base: US Customers
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs
Shift: US Rotational Shifts
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in International Support
Salary: Up to 4.8 – 5 LPA
Cab: 2-Way Cab Facility

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer queries through live chat / non-voice channels.
- Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions within defined timelines.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to software, applications, devices, connectivity and technical services.
- Handle multiple chat interactions while maintaining accuracy and response quality.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM/tools.
- Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, security guidelines and SLAs.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain performance against CSAT, Quality,



Productivity, Response Time and Resolution metrics.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Support
Experience in International Chat / Non-Voice / Technical Support / Customer Support preferred
Robust written English and excellent communication skills
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Comfortable handling US customers
Willing to work in US rotational shifts
Comfortable working from office
