Designation: Sales Associate – Fresher

Experience: 0–6 Months
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Achieve individual sales targets and support department revenue goals.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Drive upselling and add-on sales.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new launches.
- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and store hygiene.
- Support stock replenishment and product availability.
- Capture customer leads and data accurately.
- Follow store SOPs and service standards.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure a good shopping experience.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Robust customer focus and sales orientation.
- Interest in furniture, home dcor, or lifestyle products.
- Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.

Furniture/home retail experience is an added advantage.
