This position involves working in a team of high calibre MEP (Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) Professionals including 3D Spatial MEP Coordinators, MEP Revit Designers, 3D MEP Modellers working on a variety of International MEP BIM, Revit & CAD Design Development projects for Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a domain & leadership role for working on international & high profile projects involving the following aspects:

- Carrying out 2D AutoCAD MEP Coordination of various Building Services with relevant codes and regulations rules

- To work with the team and deliver the projects within time, budget and quality that is desired.





Qualification and Experience Required:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- ITI / Technical Diploma with relevant work experience either in HVAC / Electrical / Mech. Pipework.

- 3+ Years in the MEP field with atleast 50% of that time spent on MEP Coordination using AutoCAD.

- The team member should have independently worked on 3D Revit MEP / 3D AutoCAD Projects.

- Ability to communicate well in English will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work on Navisworks will be considered a plus
