Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Floor Manager in managing daily floor operations and store activities.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate sales associates to deliver strong customer service.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure proper product display, replenishment, pricing, tagging, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain adequate stock availability on the sales floor and coordinate with the stockroom team.
- Assist customers with product selection, queries, complaints, and service requirements.
- Monitor billing counters and support smooth checkout operations during peak hours.
- Conduct regular floor walks to identify operational issues and ensure store standards.
- Support inventory counting, stock audits,



inward/outward movement, and loss-prevention activities.
- Monitor shrinkage, damages, pilferage, and product discrepancies.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Prepare and share daily sales and operational updates with the Floor/Store Manager.
- Support promotional activities, recent product launches, seasonal campaigns, and store events.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Take charge of the floor in the absence of the Floor Manager, as required.Role & responsibilities
