About the Role:
Vipul Organics Limited is looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Lifecycle Management and HRMS activities.
We are looking for a people-oriented HR professional with excellent communication skills, robust numerical ability and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with employees at all levels and independently managing day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for Head Office and manufacturing locations.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation and induction.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Manage confirmation, transfers, promotions, employee movements and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR letters and employee documentation.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate timely resolution.
- Build positive relationships with employees and internal stakeholders.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and manufacturing positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and other channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with HODs/management.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, selection, salary discussions and offer coordination.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and vacancy trackers.
Payroll & HRMS Spine HR
- Hands-on experience in Spine HR / Spine Payroll is strongly preferred.
- Manage monthly payroll inputs and coordinate payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leave, new joiners, exits, LOP, overtime and other payroll inputs.
- Maintain employee master data and HRMS records.
- Generate and verify payroll-related reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for payroll-related requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Support salary revisions, increments, promotions and CTC-related calculations.
- Maintain CTC and compensation records.
- Handle employee benefits and HR schemes.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, gratuity, leave and other employee benefit-related activities.
- Should be very comfortable working with numbers, Excel calculations and HR data.
Statutory Compliance
- Handle and coordinate HR statutory compliance activities.
- Exposure to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants/agencies wherever required.
- Support audits, inspections and compliance documentation.
Manufacturing HR
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial organisation is preferred.
- Understanding of plant HR processes, employee/workmen coordination and attendance systems.
- Exposure to contract labour and plant-level HR activities will be an advantage.
- Coordinate effectively with plant HR/admin teams and other stakeholders.
HR MIS & Analytics
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS related to manpower, recruitment, attendance, payroll, attrition, joining and exits.
- Strong Excel and numerical skills.
- Analyse HR data and prepare accurate reports for the HR Head/Management.
- Maintain HR trackers and ensure data accuracy.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:

- Approachable, mature and professional in handling employee matters.
- Strong with numbers, data, Excel, payroll and C&B; calculations.

- Organised, proactive and good at follow-ups.
- Comfortable handling multiple HR activities simultaneously.
- Interested in building a stable, long-term career with the organisation.
Essential / Preferred Experience
- 3 to 6 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
- PGDHRM / MBA HR / MSW or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, Recruitment and Payroll.
- Spine HR / Spine Payroll experience preferred.
- Manufacturing/industrial HR experience preferred.
- Experience in statutory compliance and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong MS Excel and HR MIS skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
