Role & responsibilities

- Assist in conducting practical classes and proper use of laboratory equipment.
- Prepare laboratory rooms, equipment and other materials before practical sessions.
- Issue and collect laboratory equipment and maintain proper records.
- Ensure that all laboratory instruments and materials are clean, functional and properly stored.
- Maintain an updated stock/inventory register of laboratory equipment and consumables.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the laboratory.
- Report damaged, missing, or defective equipment to the concerned teacher or authority.
- Maintain records related to laboratory usage, stock, maintenance, and practical activities.
- Help arrange laboratory demonstrations, practical examinations, science exhibitions, and other educational activities.
- Perform other laboratory-related duties assigned by the Head of the Institution/Department or competent authority.

Preferred candidate profile

BCA with atleast 50%
