Eligibility

- Graduate candidates
- Male/Female candidates
- Banking or Insurance Sales experience mandatory
- Freshers are not eligible
- Age: 20–31 years
- Excellent English communication skills
- BPO/Calling experience preferred
- No employment gap of more than 6 months

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls for insurance sales.
- Explain insurance products, features, and benefits to customers.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Salary & Perks

- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 6 Weekly Offs per Month – 4 Sundays + 2 Saturdays
