- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and mechatronic issues on production lines using schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of downtime and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide training to operators on proper use and troubleshooting techniques for industrial machinery.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role as Commissioning Engineer or Field Service Engineer in the Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber industry.
- Solid knowledge of automation systems, including TCP/IP networking protocols and router configuration.
- Proficiency in wiring harness installation, testing, and troubleshooting; familiarity with IP addressing schemes (e.g., DHCP).
- Experience working with various types of machinery such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings etc.
