Beauty Advisor

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of skincare and haircare products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create personalized customer experiences while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable skincare, haircare, and beauty products based on their individual needs.
- Provide professional product recommendations and demonstrate product usage effectively.
- Develop strong product knowledge to confidently promote products and drive upselling.
- Deliver excellent customer service and address customer queries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain proper product displays, visual merchandising, and stock presentation standards.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.




- Educate customers on suitable skincare and haircare routines and product usage.
- Stay updated on beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness trends and products.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Beauty Advisor, Beauty Consultant, Sales Advisor, or in a similar role within the beauty, skincare, or haircare industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-first approach with a strong sales orientation.
- Ability to confidently conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.
- Pleasant personality with good grooming and skilled presentation.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
- Target-oriented, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
