We are looking for a Sales Coordinator at Vigilant Technologies. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in bridging the communication gap between sales and supply teams. This role ensures smooth order processing by supporting sales with accurate product pricing, availability updates, and timely documentation.

Role & responsibilities

- Act as a coordination bridge between Sales, Supply and Operations teams
- Support the sales team with product pricing, availability and lead-time information
- Update the supply team on required materials based on sales demand
- Create and share Proforma Invoices (PI) with customers and the sales team
- Raise, process and manage Sales Orders (SO) accurately in the system
- Monitor Sales Orders from order confirmation to material dispatch and delivery
- Coordinate with Supply and Operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Track pending and open orders and proactively follow up on delays, shortages or discrepancies
- Coordinate with engineers/operations for installation and project completion updates




- Ensure all Sales Orders are properly updated and closed after successful execution
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, orders, deliveries and inventory status
- Be highly responsive and support the sales team for seamless order processing and closure
