Role & responsibilities
Handle C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and Permanent IT hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
- Understand client requirements and source relevant profiles accordingly.
- Handle offer discussions, joining follow-ups, and candidate engagement.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Work towards defined recruitment targets and closure timelines.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate network for future requirements.
