Role & responsibilities:

- Provide food and beverage service to guests.
- Take orders and ensure timely serving of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
- Ensure proper setup of service areas.
- Handle guest/customer requests and provide courteous service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B; team for smooth operations.
- Assist in stock checking and inventory management.
- Follow F&B; SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Support guests during events and special functions as required.
- Report shortages, damages, and operational issues to the supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-4 years of experience in F&B;, hospitality, restaurant, caf, club, or related operations.
- Freshers with a relevant hospitality/Hotel Management qualification can also apply.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
- Ability to work in shifts and during weekends/holidays.
- Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
