ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a dynamic, client-focused professional who can take ownership of US company incorporation, compliance, and client acquisition.

If you have experience in US Incorporation, US Tax, Compliance, or Client Advisory and enjoy interacting with clients while driving business growth, this opportunity is for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

US COMPANY INCORPORATION

- Handle end-to-end incorporation of US LLCs & C-Corps across states such as Delaware, Wyoming, and more.
- Manage EIN applications, incorporation documentation, and registered agent coordination.
- Ensure timely completion of state-level filings and compliance requirements.

TAX & COMPLIANCE:

- Manage ongoing compliance requirements including Annual Reports, Franchise Tax, and Registered Agent compliance.
- Support US federal and state tax filing processes, including Forms 1120, 1120-S, and 5472.
- Handle basic US Sales Tax related requirements and client queries.

CLIENT SERVICING

- Manage client onboarding and document collection.
- Provide regular updates on incorporation and compliance status.
- Resolve client queries and ensure a smooth service experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

PROFESSIONAL COORDINATION





- Coordinate with US-based CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals for specialized tax and legal matters.
- Ensure effective communication between clients, internal teams, and external professionals.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

- 1–5 years of experience in US Incorporation, Compliance, Tax, or related services.
- Experience in an agency, consultancy, accounting, or professional services workplace is preferred.
- Good understanding of IRS Forms, US state filing portals, and Registered Agent workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working with US time zone overlap and flexible working hours.
- Previous experience in Sales, Client Acquisition, Business Development, or Client Advisory is an added advantage.
