Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned CFO to lead financial strategy, reporting, governance, and India operations in alignment with German HQ standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Trial Balance (TB) accuracy
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (FP&A;)
- Ensure timely financial reporting (IFRS / Ind AS) and group consolidation
- Oversee statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance (Companies Act, GST, Income Tax)
- Drive cash flow, treasury, working capital, and forex management
- Manage taxation, transfer pricing, and regulatory compliance in India
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks
- Partner with leadership on business strategy, investments, and profitability
- Lead ERP/SAP systems and finance digitalization initiatives
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team

Requirements

- CA / CPA / ICWA / MBA Finance
- 15+ years of experience (German/European MNC preferred)
- Solid expertise in financial statements, audits, and Indian statutory compliance
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial sector preferred
- Strong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills
