Job Details

- Accounts Executive
- Experience- 2-4 years
- Salary-25,00030,000 per month
- Only Male Candidates are preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, bank reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation.




- Maintain accurate books of accounts and support month-end closing.
- Coordinate with vendors/customers regarding payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance.

Must Have Skills

- 24 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally or BUSY mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic accounting principles.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in accounting work.

Positive to Have Skills

- Experience in a manufacturing/engineering company.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing and e-way bills.
- Experience with monthly closing and MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of handling statutory audits and documentation.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
